Human Botfly
Dermatobia Hominis
I really have no idea why I'm writing about these
insane creatures, that can only be found throughout
the central and south America.
I think they're cute though, despite the fact
that they live on your skin for about 5-10 weeks,
and then leave.
I mean, hey.
wouldn't it be nice, if somebody actually
saw your -cough- birth -cough- of the botfly?
They'd be like,
"Congratulations! It's a botfly!"
--------
I know, I'm crazy.
But I find things like these extremely exciting
(and extremely painful) And I have no idea why.
I wanna experience this(hopefully without the pain), but
I can't really, 'cause botflies are not much known around
our parts.
By the way, in reality, the botfly looks like a bumblebee,
who would be crazy enough to let yourself get infected, right?
Maybe, I would. xD
